- Busy Mummy 2000 and 1500 calories – breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks that total 2000 or 1500 calories for the day. Busy Mummy is food designed for new mummies and mummies at home.
- Boss Lady 2000 and 1500 calories – breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks that total 2000 or 1500 calories for the day. Boss Lady is designed to be super quick & easy for Boss Ladies that have no time to eat during the day. Psst… If you currently don’t eat anything during the day because you’re too busy – this is the plan for you!
- Easy Week – 5 Nights, 5 Meals. If your evening meals consist of baked beans on toast or fish fingers, because that’s all the kids will eat or that’s what’s leftover from their meal – this is the weekly plan for you. 5 evening meals, prepared for you, saving you time and effort on weeknights.
- Relaxed Nights – 3 Nights, 3 Meals. 3 evening meals, prepared for you, saving you time and effort on ‘those’ nights.
